Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Incident Management Service Desk and User Access Management (UAM). The role requires working in the Regulatory and Process Control Governance and Compliance domain. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for service desk issues.
  • Oversee user access management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of system performance metrics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Incident Management Service Desk and User Access Management.
  • Have experience in the Regulatory and Process Control Governance and Compliance domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
