Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-enabled chatbots networking incident management service desk ServiceNow and Windows. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and focuses on maintaining and improving our service desk operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery and enhancing user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of AI-enabled chatbots to improve user interaction and service efficiency.
  • Manage networking tasks to ensure robust and secure connectivity across the organization.
  • Provide incident management support to quickly resolve IT issues and minimize downtime.
  • Operate the service desk to handle user queries and issues effectively ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for tracking and managing IT service requests and incidents.
  • Administer Windows-based systems to ensure their optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of various systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for IT service management to enhance overall service quality.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure they can effectively use IT services and tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and ensure continuous service availability.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of AI-enabled chatbots and their implementation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in networking including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Have experience in incident management and service desk operations.
  • Be proficient in using ServiceNow for IT service management.
  • Show proficiency in administering Windows-based systems.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
  • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.
  • Have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest IT trends.
  • Show a strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle user queries professionally.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Possess relevant certifications such as ITIL CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals.
