Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role requires a strong foundation in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide support for SAP BTP Administration ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.Manage SAP HANA Administration tasks including system monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting.Handle NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin responsibilities ensuring the stability and efficiency of applications.Perform SAP Basis Administration duties including system upgrades patches and user management.Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure SAP systems meet financial reporting and compliance requirements.Work with Devices / SPM domain experts to integrate and optimize SAP solutions for device management.Conduct regular system health checks and implement necessary improvements to maintain system integrity.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP systems.Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful implementation of new SAP features and updates.Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues and downtime.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Administration and its core functionalities.Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP Administration and its integration capabilities.Have experience in SAP HANA Administration including performance tuning and troubleshooting.Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks and application management.Exhibit knowledge in SAP Basis Administration including system upgrades and user management.Understand the Finance & Accounting domain and its requirements for SAP systems.Be familiar with Devices / SPM domain and its integration with SAP solutions.Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Demonstrate a proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement.Have a customer-focused mindset to provide exceptional support and service.
