Programmatic Platform Performance Manager

Job Title

A talented and experienced Digital Media Team Lead is sought after to drive the performance of our Programmatic platform, Display, Search and Social offerings for a diverse client base.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage a team of Performance Media Specialists to deliver high-quality results and maintain a productive work environment.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving for customer delivery.
• In partnership with the global department head, provide training and development opportunities for staff members.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in leading digital media campaigns and strategy across multiple platforms, including programmatic DSPs, search, and social.
• Experience managing a high-performing team, providing oversight and support as needed.
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills to enable strong internal and client relationships.
• Possesses strong operational discipline, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Combines analytical and creative thinking with a passion to develop and test new ways to engage consumers across the digital media landscape.

Additional Considerations

• This role requires flexibility, as it includes working an evening shift (Mon-Thur remote) and an in-office shift on Friday.

Interview Process

• Candidates will undergo a technical coding assessment to demonstrate proficiency in key web development skills.
