About the Role

Enterprise Services is a division within Information Technology that manages the internal tools provided to all Cventers, and, within Enterprise Services, the End-User Experience team is responsible for creating the best IT experience for our employees. The End-User Experience team makes sure that Cventers can be efficient and effective in their jobs using our best-in-class IT tools such as Slack, Box, Confluence, and more. Our team creates and manages training and outreach programs in addition to creating new ways to engage Cventers. This position will interact with all departments across Cvent, offering custom solutions and best practices for Cvent employees to thrive and maximize productivity.


Key Responsibilities


Position Duties:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Cvents systems and tools.
  • Design, facilitate, and deliver trainings for Cventers on our systems and tools.
  • Lead train the trainer sessions with team leads and management.
  • Drive global adoption of key enduser tools and platforms across Cvent.
  • Identify content gaps and create clear, userfriendly documentation and resources to fill them.
  • Design and maintain educational IT documentation and training materials that support ongoing learning.
  • Support corporate IT communications for product rollouts, changes, and adoption initiatives.
  • Respond to enduser questions and direct colleagues to the right resources to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Partner with teams across Cvent to advise on best practices and help them use IT tools more efficiently and productively.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and keep multiple initiatives on track, including timelines, followups, and accountability for results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the enduser IT experience and turn them into actionable programs with clear outcomes.
  • Design and deliver AI literacy programs and drive adoption of enterprise AI assistants (Glean, Zoom AI Companion, Copilot) through training, office hours, and targeted outreach.
  • Translate AI policies and best practices into clear, enduserfriendly guidance and resources in partnership with engineering and security.
  • Use genAI tools daily to draft content, summarize feedback, automate routine work, and rapidly iterate training and communications.
  • Proactively research and experiment with new IT tools and AIpowered ways of working, surfacing recommendations and practical use cases that improve Cventer productivity and the overall enduser experience.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Superb presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience in information architecture / training best practices
  • Ability to stay organized and keep track of multiple ongoing initiatives at once
  • Positive, optimistic attitude
  • Passion for technology and the ability to learn new skills


Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are a plus, but not required:

  • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Glean, Zoom AI Companion, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign
  • Experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory & principles
  • Experience in corporate communications
