Role Description

This is a full-time Program Specialist role in Hyderabad. The Program Specialist will oversee the planning, management, and execution of professional and scientific events. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing program schedules and timelines, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating effective communication between all parties involved. Training and guiding team members may also be part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Analytical Skills for organizing, planning, and monitoring events effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective information exchange.
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring for team members to enhance performance.
• Customer Service skills to ensure a high level of participant satisfaction and engagement.
• Relevant experience in event management, program coordination, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Proficiency in English is essential as all events are conducted in this language.
