MAC Support Project Role Description : System Engineer will be responsible for managing enterprise level Mac desktop support. Deploy Mac desktops at scale in customer environment. Design and implement zero-touch deployment solutions using Jamf products. Deploying and maintaining new and existing NAS servers. Must have skills: Certified in MAC iOS with minimum 5+ year(s) of experience is required - CL 11 Must have skills: Certified in MAC iOS with minimum 8+ year(s) of experience is required - CL 10 Technical Experience: Mandatory working experience in MDM (Mobile Device management) in Tunes and JAMF in mac support Ensuring Mac users issue resolution satisfaction above all Able to identify and resolve the iOS level issues. Install, configure, and support hardware and software on MacOS device. Experienced in managing MacOS data backup, File transfer Mail Backup Experienced in iOS Application installation/management and Application Deployment. Must have an experience in Mac Systems format, new installation, user profile configuration, VPN setup knowledge. Experienced in EDR Antivirus uninstallation/installation configuration on MacBooks. Working knowledge on issues queries like : Admin account password reset, Enable root user, Office 365 issues local account creation. Able to maintain the OS level patching. Experience on JAMF Understanding on how to enroll new user through Intune in MAC Day to day challenges while providing support to Mac Devices ow to disable Bluetooth through Command Knowledge on Terminal and Firewall. Additional Information: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization. Flexible to work in 24/7 shift. Bachelor's degree with strong educational background in computer science or a related field. Equivalent ITIL V3 Certified, MAC iOS certified. Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback.Graduate
