Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business and technology outcomes, leveraging Laboratory Information and Execution Systems expertise to drive successful delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate communication to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: LabVantage LIMS. Expertise in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate communication to stakeholders. Manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure successful project delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: LabVantage LIMS. Expertise in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Life Sciences. Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies and tools. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and projects. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. LabVantage LIMS.
