Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Manage CW onboarding cases simultaneously, ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed prior to the worker start date.
  • Verify CW documentation against the item onboarding checklist, ensuring completeness and compliance with client policies.
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure all mandatory documentation is submitted, validated, and approved within defined timelines.
  • Review CW profiles and identify discrepancies, missing documents, or incorrect information and flag issues to the relevant SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for corrective action.
  • Track and follow up on pending discrepancies to ensure resolution within defined service levels.
  • Revalidate updated documentation before final profile approval.
  • Approve CW profiles once all checklist items and compliance requirements are cleared. Confirm if they are ready for deployment and aligned with scheduled start dates.
  • Ensure all onboarding approvals are properly recorded in the VMS.

Skills:-

  • Proficient with tools like Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Experience managing or supporting contingent hires through MSP is an advantage.
