Department: International Counselling - Growth
Reports To: Growth Division Head
Location: On-site (as applicable)
Role Summary
The Program / Pre-Sales Advisor (PSA) is the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound leads. The PSA engages prospective candidates, qualifies their interest, explains program-level information, and schedules Zoom discussions with the University Expert or Counselor. The role is target-driven and requires excellent communication and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Contact leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Make up to 5 structured contact attempts per lead
Understand candidate interest across programs: UG, PG, PhD, DBA, Diploma, Honorary Doctorate
Explain high-level program value, eligibility, and next steps
Handle basic objections and queries professionally
Schedule Zoom meetings with University experts/counselors.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM
Follow up consistently until disposition (converted / lost / next cycle)
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication
Professional phone etiquette
Basic understanding of education programs
Ability to build rapport quickly
CRM handling and follow-up discipline
Target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
23 years in telesales, admissions, or inside sales
Experience in education or service-based sales preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
