Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing programs that consist of multiple interconnected projects. This role ensures that initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet stakeholder expectations. The Program Manager acts as a central point of contact for all program-related activities, including strategic planning, execution, communication, and risk management.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & Execution:
Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Align individual project goals with overarching program objectives.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers, team leads, and department heads to manage resources, schedules, and deliverables.
Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Management:
Identify stakeholders and maintain open lines of communication.
Provide regular status updates, performance reports, and risk assessments to leadership and stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues early.
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Resource Management:
Work with leadership to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
Monitor and adjust resource plans to address changing needs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track program performance against KPIs.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned across projects and programs.
Ensure programs are conducted in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
