Job Title: Program Manager Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong healthcare background to lead and scale teleradiology programs. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of clinical, operational, and technology initiatives that support remote radiology services across hospitals and diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end program delivery for teleradiology solutions, from onboarding to steady-state operations

Coordinate across radiologists, clinical operations, IT, product, and customer stakeholders

Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and regulatory requirements

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, NABH, HL7, DICOM, data privacy)

Drive continuous improvement in report turnaround time (TAT), quality, and service reliability

Support hospital integrations (PACS/RIS, EMR) and rollout of new features or workflows

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare

Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology operations, PACS/RIS, or healthcare IT

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare compliance

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Experience working with radiologists or diagnostic service providers

PMP / PgMP / Agile certification

Experience scaling healthcare or digital health programs
