Job Description
Job Role
- Drive technology transformation initiatives related to Credit Risk, Credit Monitoring and Regulatory Reporting.
- Manage lifecycle and delivery from solution ideation to launch to champion user experience
- Lead a team of product managers, business analysts and testers to deliver high impact outcomes.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build solutions, draw project plans, documentation, obtain sign offs on requirements and UAT, knowledge transfer on new solutions.
- Track KPIs and ensure visibility to seniors on program plans and progress
Job Requirements
- Experience in techno-functional profile
- Project management, Agile and waterfall SDLC, understanding of application functionalities, integrations and data marts
- Applications or projects related to limits management, credit origination, exposure reporting as Business Analyst or End user
- Overall experience of 8-10 years, B-Tech or MBA with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong story telling skills and quick adoption of tech tools
