Roles and Responsibilities:-

Customer is looking for highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee and manage the activities of their Cybersecurity Team.
Coordinating efforts across various cybersecurity segments, including Cyber Strategy and Governance, Cyber Defence and Engineering, Cyber Advisory and Incident Response, Cyber Privacy and Regulatory, and Third-Party Security.
Managing Jira dashboards to track activities, monitor progress, and ensure effective task execution.
Manage and coordinate activities across all cybersecurity domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate collaboration between different cybersecurity teams and stakeholders with cybersecurity frameworks and policies
Create and manage Jira dashboards to monitor and track team activities and deliverables.
Ensure timely updates of tasks, progress tracking, and prioritization within Jira.
Generate periodic reports highlighting activity status, key milestones, and any risks or delays.
Act as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and senior management, providing clear updates on activity progress and outcomes.
Escalate issues or roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders for resolution
Highly skilled at creating reports and presentation decks for management/reporting.

Skills:

Proficiency in using Jira for task tracking, dashboard management, and reporting.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Hands on experience on project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical skills for improvement opportunities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience is 6-10 years
Working as per Customer Calendar at Customer Bidadi location.
Qualification: BE/B. Tech, MCA, M Tech
Highly skilled in MS power point and excel.
