About the Role

Credishield is Uni’s credit protection and consolidation program, designed to help customers manage high-interest loans and credit cards through structured journeys, automation, and strong operational execution.

The Program Manager – Credishield will own the end-to-end execution of the program across product, operations, CRM workflows, partners, and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, operations, and customer experience.

What You Will Do

Program Ownership

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Credishield program

• Translate business goals into clear execution plans and milestones

• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery and outcomes

Cross-Functional Execution

• Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, CRM, Risk, Sales, Collections, and Support teams

• Ensure smooth handoffs across lead intake, eligibility checks, document collection, disbursal, and closure

Process & Automation

• Design, build, and continuously improve CRM workflows

• Drive an automation-first execution mindset across processes

Partner & Customer Experience

• Coordinate with lending partners and external vendors

• Track SLAs, escalations, and compliance requirements

• Improve customer experience while balancing risk and operational efficiency

Reporting & Governance

• Own dashboards and reporting for funnel metrics, TATs, drop-offs, and disbursals

• Share regular updates and insights with leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Product Operations

• Prior experience in FinTech, Lending, or Credit Card businesses

• Strong exposure to CRM systems and workflow automation

• Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills

• Ability to manage complexity and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
