We Are Hiring | Program Manager Automotive

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end automotive program execution, from RFQ to SOP and lifecycle management. If you have strong expertise in automotive product development and cross-functional program leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Role: Program Manager Automotive

Experience: 815 Years

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

(Post-graduation in Project / Operations Management is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

Lead automotive programs from RFQ / nomination to SOP and post-launch support

Manage program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets

Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans

Act as the single point of contact across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, and Sales

Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and successful program launches

Lead customer interactions with Automotive OEMs for program reviews, audits, and technical discussions

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong exposure to Engine, Powertrain, Vehicle Systems, Aggregates, or Automotive Components

Expertise in program planning, cost control, and cross-functional leadership

Experience working with OEM customers and manufacturing teams

Tools: MS Project / Windchill, SAP (preferred), Excel & PowerPoint
