Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain Program Management, Materials Management (Materials Requirement Planning).
2 years of experience in supply chain, materials, and inventory management.
2 years of experience in Program/Project Management.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines or Master's/MBA with emphasis in Supply Chain Management.
Experience with sheets/spreadsheet software, SQL and scripting.
Experience in forecasting/planning/supply chain and implementing process improvements.
Experience interacting with technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
Passionate for automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute processes for timely, cost effective procurement while working closely with suppliers/partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Conceptualize and build capabilities on spend analytics, leveraging advanced data analytics skills to drive executive alignment and operational efficiency.
Drive cost productivity improvements through price negotiations, secondary sourcing , procurement process improvements.
Sourcing and escalation activities with our Suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for price, lead-time or shortage issues. Driving timely Request for Quotation (RFQ), release of orders, material delivery to hub, root cause analysis for late deliveries and invoice resolution.
Continuous improvement in planning root causes and analysis and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) investigation. Ensure improvement in material delivery metrics, past due orders, shortage management, invoicing and supplier management.
Cross-functional program management required setup for the suppliers and procurement execution with internal and external stakeholders.
