Program Manager- Supply Chain

• Track daily/weekly/monthly supply and fill rate performance; identify demand-supply gaps and drive corrective actions. 

• Maintain dashboards and reports for farm-to-production unit movements; share timely updates with leadership on risks and opportunities. 

• Flag and resolve risks related to shortages, quality issues, and logistics delays; ensure OTIF (On Time-In-Full) delivery. 

• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and vendors to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve vendor performance. 

• Develop and automate reports/dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SAP, SQL; ensure data accuracy and standardization. 

• Maintain detailed trackers for chicken, goat, lamb, fish, and seafood categories; provide insights on underperforming areas. 

• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports; conduct root-cause analysis, issue early-warning alerts, and drive process improvements for better efficiency and reliability. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 

• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or program management, ideally in FMCG, food, or Agri/animal protein industry. 

• Strong exposure to inventory planning, demand-supply alignment, and logistics analytics. 

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, SAP, SQL. 

• Experience managing OTIF and other supply KPIs. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
