Were building Indias first AI-native management education brand a ground-up rethink of what a business degree should look like in the post-AI world. This is a 01 initiative with a confirmed first cohort launching in 2026, and were hiring early team members who will shape it from Day Zero.

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founding leadership. Youll operate across strategy, operations, analytics, and execution essentially functioning as the leaderships second brain during the most critical phase of building a new education brand from scratch.

There is no fixed job scope. One week you might be building a competitive intelligence tracker, the next youre designing the admissions test format, and the week after youre coordinating campus infrastructure readiness. What Youll Do

Strategy & Research - Own competitive intelligence, Research and synthesise insights on the Indian UG education market, regulatory landscape (AICTE/UGC), and emerging AI-in-education trends.

Operations & Execution - Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; Own project timelines; build operational playbooks; Manage vendor relationships.

Analytics & Decision Support - Build dashboards and trackers for key business metrics; Analyse data to surface actionable insights

GTM & Admissions Support - Work closely with the Head of Growth to plan and execute go-to-market campaigns, and optimise the admissions funnel: inquiry forms, counsellor scripts, parent communication, scholarship frameworks.
