Program Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hackathons and innovation programs end-to-end. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth delivery of projects within timelines.

• Plan and manage hackathons and programs from initiation to closure
• Create and track timelines, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate with clients, mentors, judges, vendors, and internal teams
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 25 years of experience in operations, program management, or events
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets / documentation tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
