Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

10 years of experience with security systems infrastructure projects and deployment management.
7 years of experience in program management.
Experience in leading and managing, multiple, simultaneous security systems sustainability projects, with engaging resources and priorities to delivery and completion.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and changing environment while working separately and as a team on multiple initiatives and stand-alone projects.
Excellent program management, communication, and data-motivated investigative approach towards solving testing skills.

In this role, you will protect Google's future through thoughtful and intentional security design implementations. You will provide beneficial outcomes to Google employees so that they will gain a sense of situational awareness. You will secure the perimeter to allow a more open circulation within and to maintain Google's open culture. You will limit access to sensitive information, intellectual property and large groups of employees and extended workforce. You will capture data to enhance real-time incident response and investigations, to detect bad actors, and to delay them and allow security adequate time to respond.

Responsibilities

Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
Complete risk identification and risk assessment activities (e.g., budget, schedule, resource, technical) and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk, and record its evolution and influence on project/program goals.
Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors, stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
