Job Description
- Design and own implementation of SOPs
- Ownership of BAU operations
- Design and run programs to help improve Operator Experience
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics and other cross functional teams to improve effectiveness of Programs
- Work closely with BD/KAMs to ensure on ground implementation of programs
- Work on new initiatives to improve business efficiency and profitability of Operators
- Drive actionable business insights from data
