Job Description
Amazon is seeking a skilled Program Manager based in Bangalore to manage and build vendor ecosystem for ReCommerce business.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, curious, team oriented, an effective communicator and comfortable in change management.
We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successfully navigating complex problems and engaging with cross
- functional teams, directly and through influence.
The candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast
- paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively, manage high volumes of tasks and projects and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.
The candidate will also be customer
- service oriented and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to easily switch gears.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with external stakeholders is essential.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Lead quality and renewed programs within IN Recommerce
• Build and maintain program road maps, timelines and deliverables
• Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams
• Track and report on program KPIs and metrics
• Identify and assess potential risks to program success
• Coordinate across multiple teams and departments to facilitate program launches
• Manage issue resolution
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
