Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 20 to 22 years of experience in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress risks and issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track project progress and performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Have a background in Industrial Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry.
