Program Manager / PMO (Execution Owner) – Noida

Experience: 38 years (flexible for the right person)

• Run Weekly Business Reviews (WBR): data lock, agenda, review, follow-ups, closure
• Maintain a single Execution Tracker for all key initiatives (owners, timelines, dependencies, risks)
• Drive cross-functional delivery with Tech, Growth, Ops, CX, Finance teams
• Remove blockers fast, escalate when needed, and ensure deadlines are met
• Improve internal SOP compliance (access governance, approvals flow, reporting discipline)
• Create simple CEO dashboards: plan vs actual, risks, next steps (no fancy PPT, only clarity)

• Strong execution + program management experience (startup / ecom / high-growth preferred)
• Excellent in Google Sheets/Excel, tracking, dashboards, reporting
• Ability to push teams for updates and closure (without drama)
• High ownership, speed, structured thinking, and communication
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

• Exposure to Shopify / D2C funnels / performance marketing workflows
• Experience running WBR/OKRs/RACI or operations cadence
• Worked with tools like ClickUp / Asana / Jira / Notion (any is fine)

• WBR on-time completion: 95%+
• Task closure on time: 90%+
• Blocker resolution SLA: 4872 hours
• Delivery rate of key initiatives (planned vs delivered)
