Hiring: Technical Program Manager Oracle Aconex (EPCM Domain)

We are looking for a domain-driven Technical Program Manager with strong EPCM and construction delivery experience to lead Oracle Aconexbased construction programs . This role is focused on real project execution , not a generic IT or Agile TPM position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Aconex implementations across EPCM projects
• Own construction document control : RFIs, submittals, transmittals, workflows
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and owners
• Manage construction milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support integrations with ERP, reporting, and project controls systems
• Drive Aconex adoption across site and office stakeholders

Mandatory Experience

• 8+ years in EPCM / construction program delivery
• Hands-on Oracle Aconex implementation experience
• Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle and controls
• Proven client-facing delivery ownership
