Role Overview

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing complex, cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, security, customer success, and operations. This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while driving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent programs across product, engineering, security, and go-to-market teams
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
• Build and maintain program plans, timelines, and execution dashboards

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the single point of coordination across engineering, product, security, compliance, QA, DevOps, and business teams
• Facilitate decision-making, remove execution blockers, and manage trade-offs
• Ensure alignment between business goals, customer commitments, and technical delivery

Governance & Reporting

• Establish program governance frameworks, cadence, and review mechanisms
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively escalate issues to leadership
• Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Risk Security & Compliance Alignment

• Ensure programs align with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, 42001, customer security commitments)
• Coordinate with security and compliance teams to embed controls into delivery plans
• Manage third-party dependencies and vendor engagements when required

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Drive standardization of delivery processes, templates, and best practices
• Improve predictability, velocity, and quality of execution
• Mentor teams on program management best practices and execution discipline
  

Required Qualification

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management / Delivery Management , preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or cloud platforms
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery models
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling startup or growth-stage environments
  

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, risk management, or security platforms
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, NIST, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
