Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Hyderabad under Bower LEAD, will be responsible for end-to-end execution, delivery excellence, faculty coordination, student experience, and ecosystem engagement across the Venture Building and Venture Capital & Private Equity programs.

Role Responsibilities

Academic Delivery & Calendar Execution Ensure 100% session execution, maintain session readiness, minimize disruptions, and ensure attendance accuracy.

Faculty & Mentor Management Coordinate scheduling, ensure timely honorariums, maintain structured feedback, and expand the mentor ecosystem.

Student Experience & Cohort Management Maintain NPS 90, ensure <24 hour response time, resolve escalations within 48 hours.

Founders Office Residency & Startup Engagement Achieve 100% residency mapping, collect structured startup feedback, ensure weekly progress tracking.

Events & Ecosystem Execution Execute all events without critical operational failures, maintain budget adherence within 5%.

Reporting & Governance Maintain weekly reporting discipline, ensure dashboard accuracy, escalate risks within 48 hours.

Program Innovation & Strategic Support Support new program launches and contribute to curriculum refinement and ecosystem expansion.

Ideal candidate for the role

36 years experience in program management / operations / startup ecosystem

Experience in business schools / accelerators preferred

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable managing founders, investors, and executive learners

High ownership mind-set with structured execution ability
