Program Manager K12

Purpose:

The goal of the Program Manager is to oversee business/strategic projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget. This role will also contribute to the overall planning function of the K-12 business

Role and responsibilities

Actively contribute to building the overall plans financial , operational, investment and strategic

Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

Implementing project management, including building the roadmaps , aligning goals , setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Analyzing MIS across functions relevant to delivering overall goals of the K-12 business, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Defining inter dependencies within various functional leads of the K-12 business

Calendarise reviews and oversee the development of the project , ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

Co-creating key performance indicators for the project, sharing it and reviewing it periodically with key stakeholders and the leadership team.

Experience and Qualification

- MBA from Tier I/ Tier II with 1-3 years of experience in Project Management/Strategy

- Adept at power point & Excel, with high analytical orientation

- Excellent written and oral English language skills.

- Ability to manage strategic projects

- Should have a mindset to build plans and reviews

- Additional certification in project management is a plus

- Experience in customer management or market sales or B2C marketing
