Program Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and drive execution excellence in aerospace manufacturing projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in engineering or business.
• 0 - 6 years of project management experience in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and production planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress against milestones and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Supply Chain & Procurement Coordination

• Work closely with procurement and supplier management teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

Manufacturing & Delivery Oversight

• Ensure production schedules align with customer requirements and program milestones.
• Monitor capacity utilization and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Lead resolution of manufacturing bottlenecks to maintain on-time delivery.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implement best practices from PMBOK and other project management methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and efficiency.
