Role Overview:

The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives, streamline BD processes, and enable the B2B

team to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage strategic programs end-to-end.

Create program frameworks, dashboards, and review cadences.

Support BD team with proposals, solution design, and RFP management.

Drive CFR across BD, Ops, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and CX.

Implement process improvements and SOPs.

Build CRM hygiene and BD performance tracking.

Manage dashboards and revenue forecasts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong program & project management skills

Analytical and data-driven

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

CRM exposure (HubSpot/Salesforce)

Preferred Experience:

48 years in Program Management / Sales PMO / Strategy roles

Exposure to B2B, EV, energy, mobility, logistics, SaaS

Startup experience preferred
