We are looking for a high-energy Program Manager Incubation to drive a continuous entrepreneurship ecosystem supporting early-stage founders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive campus activations, outreach, and founder pipeline
• Manage incubation programs, cohorts, mentors, and masterclasses
• Deliver a high-touch founder and community experience
• Coordinate operations, calendars, documentation, and reporting
• Build and manage ecosystem partnerships (founders, alumni, investors)

Ideal Profile:

• Experience in program management, incubation, community, EdTech, or startup ecosystems
• Strong operations + people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• High ownership, action-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and youth culture
