What Youll Be Responsible For

• Manage portfolio programs of high complexity, strategic priority, and enterprise visibility.
• Act as the primary point of contact between client executive leadership and delivery teams.
• Engage executive leadership and communicate program progress effectively.
• Lead client meetings, govern SLAs, review performance, and drive improvements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback to teams and individuals.
• Ensure programs align with client missions and organizational objectives, enabling collaboration across health systems.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships, maintain executive-level visibility, and ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
• Program Oversight: Lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and deliver programs successfully.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Define objectives, success metrics, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, provide updates, and implement feedback loops.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance client experience.

Who Were Looking For

• A seasoned Program Manager with 12+ years of consulting/services experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end execution of complex programs across technology and operations.
• Strong background in program governance, milestone definition, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Experience in one or more domains: Microsoft Azure, Data, Network/Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO are highly preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
