Responsibilities

Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues that are preventing agreements from progressing through the quote, contracting, and booking phases. Provide timely solutions to minimize delays and ensure agreements velocity and accuracy.
Design, implement, and maintain system configurations, including rule configuration and agreement template creation. Ensure all configurations align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Conduct through pre-booking reviews of agreements to verify quote accuracy, validate configurations, and identify issues before booking and invoicing. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to ensure data integrity.
Maintain a continuous feedback loop with systems teams, providing insights and data to inform and prioritize the system roadmap.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for optimization. Utilize data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
