Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager for Accelerator Programs and Corporate Innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of programs, engaging with investors, and ensuring seamless communication with founders. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of exciting startups and make a significant impact on the entrepreneurial landscape.

Responsibilities:

Accelerator Program Management:

1. Develop & execute comprehensive plans for accelerator programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Coordinate all aspects of program logistics, mentorship coordination, and participant selection.

Investor Engagement:

1. Identify & establish relationships with potential investors to secure startup funding in the accelerator programs.

2. Act as the main point of contact for investors, providing regular updates & cultivating ongoing partnerships.

Founder Communication:

1. Maintain open & effective communication channels with program participants, addressing their needs and concerns.

2. Facilitate networking opportunities between founders, mentors, and investors.

Program Management:

1. Plan and execute high-quality programs, including demo days, workshops, and networking sessions.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of programs.

Program Evaluation and Reporting:

1. Monitor and evaluate program performance, gathering feedback from participants, mentors, and investors.

2. Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree

2. Proven experience in programs, or similar projects.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

6. Ecosystem Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within a Startup Incubator, Accelerator, Venture Capital firm, or the broader Startup Ecosystem.
