Program Manager - Founder's Office

About the Role

Were looking for a highly driven and structured Program Manager to work directly with the CEOs Office on high-priority cross-functional projects across Growth, Operations, Tech & Product and Learning Experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, takes ownership, and wants accelerated exposure to how a fast-scaling EdTech company operates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Execution & Coordination

• Drive day-to-day execution of strategic projects owned by the CEOs office.
• Track milestones and dependencies across teams; ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with Growth, Ops, Tech & Product leads for smooth execution.

Build and maintain weekly dashboards, status updates, and executive summaries.

2. Research & Analysis

• Conduct quick turnaround research on markets, competitors, user insights, and internal data.
• Prepare summaries, insights, and recommendations to support CEO-level decisions.
• Write clear internal communication notes, SOP drafts, and project documentation.

Must-Have Skills

• High ownership, strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and quick data cuts.
• Good financial understanding and business acumen
• Good written communication and documentation ability.
