You should be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis
You should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts
You should be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.
Macro and SQL hands on experience will be a positive
Key job responsibilities
Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Stakeholder management

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
