Designation: Manager Programs

Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in any of the four thematic areas of Livelihood, or Environment, streams with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, along with experience in drafting & managing social interventions

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Design & Proposal Writing : Lead the conceptualization, drafting, and timely submission of project proposals and technical documents for donor consideration.

• Stakeholder Management : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and ongoing engagement.

• Program Implementation : Oversee on-ground execution as per the approved Project Implementation Plan (PIP).

• Client & Donor Coordination : Drive program discussions with clients/donors, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational values.

• Quality Assurance : Ensure accuracy and quality in technical proposals, reports, and financial projections.

• Presentations & Representation : Deliver technical presentations and participate in high-level meetings with donors and stakeholders.

• Team Leadership : Provide guidance and supervision to the project team to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments and leadership as required.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing social development programs.

• Proven experience in writing and presenting project proposals.

• Strong command over English (verbal and written) .

• Sound understanding of project management tools and processes.

• Ability to manage diverse teams and work under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel for project needs.

Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (On-site)

Annual Remuneration: Maximum up to 80,000 per month , based on last drawn salary and relevant experience
