Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Applications to lead enterprise-scale finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs, ensure seamless financial system integrations, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for Oracle Finance transformation initiatives
• Drive implementation and optimization of GL, DRM, FAH, and HFM modules
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure timely execution
• Oversee program planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure smooth month-end close processes and compliance with financial controls
• Provide executive-level updates and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Support cloud migration and OCI-based financial architecture initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• MBA / CA / CPA (Preferred)
• Relevant Oracle Finance or Cloud certifications (Good to have)
