About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager with strong presentation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work seamlessly with crossfunctional and USbased teams. This role will drive programs from early product development through mass production, ensuring smooth execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endtoend program execution from NPI to mass production.
• Lead crossfunctional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for USbased customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Create and present executiveready reports, program reviews, and status updates.
• Oversee program schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure factory readiness, including supplier coordination, material planning, and operational handovers.
• Drive improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and global supply chain partners.
• Utilize data insights and KPIs to guide program decisions and improvements.
• Support programs involving injection molding and manufacturing processes.

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of program management experience in electronics, manufacturing, product development, or supply chain.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customerfacing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones, especially US-based.
• Proven track record of handling crossfunctional, complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high ownership.
