Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Own the ecommerce calendar: new launches, events, sales, brand campaigns, visibility slots
- Owns Weekly ecommerce reviews: by platform, by product, by SKUs
- Track and close loops on: Listing updates, visibility negotiations, ratings and reviews
Channel & Partner Management
- Be the single point of contact for ecommerce partners (Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart etc.).
- Work with category teams on: Portfolio assortment, visibility plans (banners, widgets, store-in-store, hero slots)
- Event participation (NY campaigns, payday sales, thematic events)
- Negotiate and track: Visibility commitments and deliverables
Listings, Content & On-Site Experience
- Ensure product pages are A+: Titles, bullets, images, videos, A+ content, comparison tables.
- Coordinate with design & content to: Create listing assets tailored to each platform
- Maintain consistency with OWN brand guidelines
- Build & refresh brand store pages where applicable
- Run periodic hygiene checks: Searchability (keywords), Correct pack images, USPs, price stack, reviews pulled in.
Numbers, Reporting & Problem Solving
- Build and maintain dashboards: Sales by platform / SKU / city
- Platform P&L
- Fill rates, stock-outs, return rates, cancellations.
- Track and investigate: Market share across platforms, Sales spikes/falls, SKU performance, Visibility, Emerging cities
- Platformwise business reviews
Supply, Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Align demand forecasts for each platform
- Plan replenishments and avoid stock-outs / excess stock
- Monitor key operational metrics OTIF, Fill-rates, PO expiries, Damages
- Raise flags early: Potential stock-outs on hero SKUs, slow-moving SKUs that need support or rationalisation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 36 years of experience in ecommerce / category / program management (Preferably in D2C / FMCG / consumer brands)
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: Quick-commerce (Swiggy Instamart / Zepto / Blinkit / BB Now), Marketplaces (Amazon / Flipkart / etc.).
- Strong comfort with numbers & spreadsheets: You should be able to pull data, build simple dashboards, slice by platform/SKU, and spot issues.
- Solid project management: Multiple threads, multiple stakeholders, nothing falls through the cracks
- Excellent written & verbal communication:
- Clear emails to partners, sharp updates to leadership, tight documentation.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in:Nutrition / health / F&B brand
- Exposure to: BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, high-ownership environments.
