Program Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 8 years (Education domain preferred)

Curiosity Gym is seeking an experienced and highly organised Program Manager to oversee end-to-end implementation of educational programs and projects. The role requires strong ownership of planning, coordination, execution, and reporting across multiple stakeholders including management, trainers, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, resolving issues within their domain, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of programs that meet organisational and client objectives.

Program & Project Implementation

• Oversee planning and execution of multiple programs/projects from initiation to closure
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, with vendors for delivery, and resource allocation across programs .

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact between management, trainers, vendors, and clients
• Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for all stakeholders
• Proactively identify, raise, and resolve issues or risks within scope independently

Proposals & Reporting

• Write and contribute to project proposals, production selection, sizing based on customer asks, concept notes, and implementation plans .
• Prepare periodic impact reports, progress updates, and post-program evaluations for end customers.
• Track outcomes against defined goals and KPIs

Operations & Quality Assurance

• Ensure programs are delivered as per agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate logistics such as venues, materials, trainer availability, and vendor support
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and process records .
• Track payments and receivables against contract.
• Track and ensure renewals, backed with new proposals and customer outreach.

Communication & Team Interaction

• Facilitate effective communication across internal teams and external partners
• Support trainers and project teams with clear guidance and follow-ups
• Represent Curiosity Gym professionally in client and partner interactions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience , preferably in the education, training, or learning solutions domain
• Masters degree preferred (Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields)
• Exceptional candidates with significant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a Masters degree
• Prior experience in program management, project coordination, or operations roles is essential
