Role: Program Manager

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 12 Months+

Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India 5x days Onsite

We are seeking a Program Manager to support and manage day-to-day operations of our Contingent Workforce Program in India. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, global teams, and staffing suppliers to ensure compliance, smooth operations, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program using a VMS platform
• Support managers and suppliers with training on program policies and procedures
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and invoice processing
• Act as the primary escalation point for workforce-related issues
• Ensure compliance with contingent workforce policies and employment laws in India
• Maintain program documentation and support quarterly or special initiatives
• Build strong relationships with staffing partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 46 years of experience in contingent workforce program management, staffing, or MSP operations
• Strong knowledge of contingent workforce employment laws in India
• Hands-on experience with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, or Wand preferred)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
