Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CX-Program Management with additional experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain being a plus. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of complex CX programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
  • Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress ensuring that all projects are delivered on time.
  • Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution process.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in CX-Program Management with proven experience in leading complex projects.
  • Have experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains which is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
  • Show proficiency in project management software and tools to track and manage project progress.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
