Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in Psft - Program Management. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee complex projects ensuring they align with the companys strategic goals. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.Provide clear direction and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices maintaining high-quality deliverables.Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing updates on project status milestones and any changes to the project plan.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Facilitate project meetings ensuring all team members are informed and engaged in the project process.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the companys strategic objectives.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of project outcomes into the overall business strategy.Provide training and support to team members helping them develop their skills and knowledge.Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field a Masters degree is preferred.Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in program management with a strong background in Psft.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Show proficiency in project management tools and software.Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Display a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift environment.Show a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Have experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Certifications Required
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
