Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex programs involving Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting to ensure successful delivery.Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to meet organizational goals.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve desired outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives.Develop and implement best practices for program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and report on program progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all program activities.Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to maintain transparency and support.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program performance and deliver value.Utilize advanced knowledge of Oracle GenAI to solve complex technical challenges and enhance program outcomes.Apply expertise in Finance & Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing program management team.Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the program management function.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Oracle GenAI demonstrating the ability to leverage its capabilities effectively.Have a strong background in Finance & Accounting with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex programs successfully.Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams.Show proficiency in developing and implementing program management best practices.Have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems ensuring program objectives are met.
