Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the portfolio.Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope.Provide direction and support to project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.Utilize MS Excel to analyze project data and generate reports.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.Ensure resource availability and allocation for project execution.Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and alignment.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools and techniques.Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have domain experience in Cards & Payments (nice to have).Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Be proficient in project management software and tools.Show a track record of successful project delivery.Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies.Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate project teams.Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
