Job summary
We are looking for a Program Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP SD-COPA integration SAP SD Variant Configuration and SAP SD for Brazil and LATAM. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage projects efficiently and contribute to our companys growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of SAP SD projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Oversee the integration of SAP SD-COPA ensuring seamless data flow and accurate financial reporting.Provide expertise in SAP SD Variant Configuration to customize solutions that meet client requirements.Manage SAP SD projects in Brazil and LATAM ensuring compliance with regional regulations and standards.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as needed.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and issue logs.Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations.Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Provide training and support to team members on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored SAP SD solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SAP SD-COPA integration ensuring accurate financial data management.Have in-depth knowledge of SAP SD Variant Configuration to deliver customized solutions.Demonstrate experience in managing SAP SD projects in Brazil and LATAM ensuring regional compliance.Exhibit excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoring.Show strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Possess the ability to identify and mitigate project risks proactively.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have experience in providing training and support to team members.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
