Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program execution resource management and portfolio & project management. This hybrid role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. The candidate must be willing to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.Oversee resource management to optimize the allocation of personnel and materials across multiple projects.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Monitor program progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans schedules and status reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the program lifecycle.Identify and mitigate risks to program success developing contingency plans as needed.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of program components.Manage program budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.Conduct regular program reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in program execution demonstrating the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.Should possess strong resource management skills with a proven track record of optimizing personnel and material allocation.Must have experience as a CX Program Manager with a focus on enhancing customer experience through effective program management.Should be proficient in portfolio and project management (PPM) with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Should be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Must be willing to travel as required to support program objectives.
Certifications Required
PMP PgMP or equivalent certification in program and project management.
