Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 13 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) domain.Oversee project timelines deliverables and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.Communicate project status updates and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project objectives.Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.Facilitate project meetings workshops and presentations to drive project goals and objectives.Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) and its implementation.Should possess strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges.Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Should have the ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.Must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Should be proficient in using project management tools and software.Must have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.Should have experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project success.Must be committed to delivering high-quality results and achieving project objectives.Should have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering value to the company.Must be able to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
Certifications Required
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) certification is highly desirable.
